1. How much does brand photography cost?

Our brand photography packages start at $400 for a minimum of three hours of coverage. Additional hours are available at $100 per hour, with a half-day rate of $550 for five hours and a full-day rate of $1000 for ten hours.

2. How long will it take to receive the edited gallery?

Our standard delivery time is within 10 business days of the shoot date. However, if you need your photos sooner, we offer rush delivery options. Please contact us for a proposal.

3. Do you offer albums and print services?

Yes, your edited gallery will be provided through a link to our cloud-based hosting platform. From there, you can easily order canvas prints, individual prints, albums, and more if interested.

4. How far in advance should I book a brand photographer?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during busy seasons. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

5. Do you travel?

While our primary service area is Miami, Florida, we are happy to travel to your desired location for an additional fee. Please reach out to us for a tailored proposal for your destination event.

6. Do you require a deposit to book your services?

Yes, to secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total balance along with a signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event date.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

If Lens Creations is notified at least 30 days before your scheduled shoot date, we will refund any balance paid beyond the deposit. If notified less than 30 days prior to the shoot date, the balance in full will still be due. The deposit is non-refundable, but we can transfer it to a new date, subject to availability
