We're excited to work with you! Here's how to book your photography or videography session with Lens Creations:

- Secure your booking: Once you're ready to move forward, you can accept the quote and sign a service agreement. A deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

2. Is a deposit required to book a photography or videography session with Lens Creations?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost to secure your booking. This deposit, along with a signed contract, guarantees your date and time with our photographers or videographers.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before your scheduled shoot. We understand that plans can change, so we encourage you to review our cancellation and rescheduling policies for details about what happens if you need to make changes to your booking.

2. How long will it take to receive the final edited photos?
We know you're eager to see your photos! Our typical delivery timeframe depends on the type of photoshoot:
- Standard Sessions (portraits, events, etc.): You can expect to receive your edited photos within 10 business days.
- Weddings: Due to the volume of photos and detailed editing involved, wedding photo delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks.
We always aim to deliver your photos as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality. We also offer rush delivery options for an additional fee if you need your photos sooner. Just let us know your preferred timeline, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
3. How will I receive my photos after the shoot?
You'll receive your beautifully edited, high-resolution photos in a convenient online gallery. This personalized gallery allows you to:
- Download your photos: Easily download all your images in a high-resolution format perfect for sharing and printing.
- Order prints and products: Order professional-quality prints, canvases, albums, and more directly through the gallery.
- Share with friends and family: Easily share the gallery with loved ones so they can view and download the photos too.
Videography Services
1. What types of videography services do you offer?
Lens Creations offers a wide range of videography services in Miami and beyond. We're equipped to handle various video production needs, including:

We understand you're excited to see your finished video! Our typical turnaround time for video editing is 15-30 days from the shoot date. However, each project is unique, and the complexity and length of your video can influence the editing time.
To give you a more precise estimate, we'll discuss your project's specific needs and provide a clear timeline during the booking process.

3. What kind of video file will I receive, and what resolution will it be?
We deliver your final edited videos in a high-quality, widely compatible format:
- File Type: MP4
- Resolution: 1080p (Full HD)
This ensures that your videos look great and can be easily played on most devices and platforms.
We also offer 4K resolution as an option for clients who require even higher quality. If you're interested in 4K delivery, please discuss it with our sales team during the booking process for pricing and details.
4. Do you offer revisions for my video project, and how does that work?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your final video! Here's how our revision process works:
- Included Revisions: Every video project includes two rounds of revisions. This means you can provide feedback and request adjustments to ensure the video meets your expectations.
- The Revision Process: We'll provide you with a draft of your video, and you can send us your feedback and requests for changes. We'll then incorporate your feedback and deliver a revised version. This process can be repeated for a second round of revisions.
- Additional Revisions: Need more than two rounds of revisions? No problem! We understand that sometimes projects evolve, and we're happy to accommodate additional revisions for an extra fee. Just let our sales team know during the booking process, and we'll provide you with a clear pricing structure.
Location & Event
1. Is Lens Creations available for photography and videography sessions outside of Miami?
Absolutely! While we're based in Miami, Florida, we're happy to travel to capture your special moments, wherever they may be.
- Throughout Florida: We frequently travel to other cities and towns within Florida for shoots.
- Other States: We're also available for events and sessions in other states.
- Destination Events: We even travel internationally for destination weddings and events!
Travel fees for locations outside of Miami will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. We'll ensure you have a clear understanding of any additional costs involved before you confirm your booking.
2. What time will photographer or videographer arrive to set up before my session?
Our photographers and videographers typically arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the scheduled start time of your photoshoot or video shoot. This allows them to:
- Set up equipment: This includes setting up lighting, backdrops, cameras, and any other necessary equipment for both photography and videography.
- Scout the location: If the shoot is at a new location, they'll take some time to familiarize themselves with the surroundings and find the best spots for photos and video.
- Prepare for the session: This includes reviewing any notes or requests you've made and making sure everything is in place for a successful shoot.
For larger projects or events that involve both photography and videography, additional preparation time may be required. We'll always discuss the logistics with you in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly and there are no disruptions to your schedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
1. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience:
For Cancellations by the Client:
- Deposit: All deposit fees are non-refundable.
- 7+ Days Notice: If you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled shoot, we'll happily transfer your remaining balance (excluding the deposit) to a new date, subject to availability. Please note that any expenses already incurred by Lens Creations for the initial shoot date will be forfeited.
- Less Than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will unfortunately require full payment for the booked services.
For Cancellations by Lens Creations:
- Full Refund: If we need to cancel your shoot, you'll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
- Timely Refund: Refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days of the cancellation.
We encourage you to review the full details of our cancellation policy in our service agreement. If you have any questions or need to discuss a cancellation, please don't hesitate to contact us.
2. What is your policy for rescheduling a shoot?
We understand that things come up! Here's our rescheduling policy to ensure a smooth experience:
7+ Days Notice: If you need to reschedule and give us at least 7 days' notice before your shoot, we'll happily transfer your existing payment (minus the non-refundable deposit) to a new date, subject to our availability.
Less Than 7 Days Notice: If you reschedule with less than 7 days' notice, we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, payment in full for the original shoot date and services will be due, and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date. This covers any expenses Lens Creations may have already incurred for your original shoot date. We may, at our discretion, transfer any existing balances to the new date.
We aim to be flexible and accommodating while ensuring that our talents' time is respected. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your photoshoot, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
